Ground Staff
Personal trained to assist in harnessing on the ground and supervision of students

Level One
Trainee instructors who generally act as Ground Staff.  They must be supervised by their personal trainer if setting up the tower or belaying.  Minimum age is 16 years.

Level Two
Instructors who have completed their initial training and have proved their competency.Must be supervised by a Level Three or Level Four instructor when belaying and setups must be checked by a Level Four instructor.

Level Three
Instructors deemed competent with setting up both the abseil and climbing and is confident with abseil and climbing wall instructon with little or no supervision.  Must have a current First Aid Certificate.

Level Four
Instructor appointed to operate the Tower in accordance with the "Operating Policy and Code of Practice".  They will be competent in all situations and be able to train instructors of all levels.  Must have a current First Aid Certificate and completed a Risk Management Course.  Minimum age is 20 years.
